The Link Receives Visit from Your Fund Surrey
On Tuesday, we were delighted to welcome members of Your Fund Surrey, part of Surrey County Council, to The Link Community Hub to view the site’s progress. During the visit, Clover Cotmore, Shelley Lynch and Sarah Adams from Your Fund Surrey, observed the second-fix electrical works being installed upstairs. Roof Installed at Smithers Laboratory
The MCS team has been making excellent progress at Smithers Laboratory in Leatherhead. Following the successful erection of the steel frame, the team moved on to commencing with the brickwork which has now been completed, with the perimeter wall reaching optimal height for wall cladding to begin. Flooring works are also progressing at pace; the ground floor slab has been poured and is now awaiting a resin finish to be applied on top to provide a durable, high-quality surf

Nearing Completion at Winchester Pavilion
Works at the new cricket pavilion on behalf of Winchester City Council are progressing smoothly, and the project is moving steadily towards completion. Externally, paving has been laid to the front and side of the building, and installation of the window shutters is underway, enhancing both functionality and security.
