Chairman
Paul Hodges
Paul has over 45 years' experience in the industry, the last thirty with us when he joined as an Estimator and promoted to Commercial Director in 1992.
He has general responsibility for pre-construction activities, oversees business operations and provides strategic leadership to the Company.
Paul was appointed to the Board as Managing Director in 2000 and Chairman in 2022. Paul is a shareholder in the MCS group of companies.
Outside of work Paul is a trustee of a local housing association and enjoys family time, walking his dog, gardening and trying to improve his golf handicap.
Managing Director
Justin Whiteman
Justin has over 35 years' experience in the industry.
Justin has in-depth knowledge and experience of delivering a vast range of new build and refurbishment projects. He leads our teams to constantly deliver exemplary projects to programme, whilst ensuring H&S compliance.
Justin was appointed to the Board as Construction Director in 2019 and promoted to Managing Director in 2022. Justin is a shareholder in the MCS group of companies.
Outside of work Justin enjoys honing his skills clay pigeon shooting, walking his dogs in the countryside and gardening.
Commercial Director
Adrian Rumble
Adrian has over 40 years' experience in the industry from both a contracting and client-side quantity surveying aspect.
Following the completion of his RICS Chartered status in 1992, Adrian was made Surveying Director of MCS in 2000. Adrian is responsible for overseeing and leading on all contractual and commercial matters.
Adrian was appointed to the Board as Commercial Director with effect from 2019 and is a shareholder in the MCS group of companies.
Outside of work Adrian enjoys angling, socialising, family time and is an active member of The National Trust.
