Meet MCS’s Newest Surveying Director

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of James Drewer from Senior Surveyor to Surveying Director!

Since joining the MCS team in May 2024, James has made a significant impact on the business through his expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence. In his new role, he will lead our Surveying team and continue to drive the development of the department in support of MCS's wider business objectives.

His wealth of construction experience has fully prepared James for this new position, having worked on landmark projects, including the £1bn Battersea Phase 3A mixed-use scheme and the early works on the £700m Finsbury Avenue Broadgate project, a D&B BREEAM Outstanding commercial development.

This appointment reflects our recognition of the exceptional work being delivered across the business and our continued commitment to sustainable growth.
