We are pleased to share the successful completion of our recent refurbishment project at the iconic Dakota House, set within the historic Brooklands Racing Circuit in Weybridge

This milestone marks our 85th project delivered for Surrey County Council and our fourth at Dakota House. Over the past several months, our team has carried out a full refurbishment of the building’s ground floor, transforming the space to meet the specific requirements of the new occupier.

The project included a full strip-out and a complete reconfiguration of the mechanical and electrical systems, along with the installation of new partitions, glazed screens, doors, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, and a full decorative refresh. All work was delivered with care and precision, while ensuring that the building’s upper floors remained fully occupied and operational throughout.

We are proud to have played a role once again in enhancing this landmark building and would like to thank all those involved for their professionalism and dedication
