MCS Secure Woodlands School Expansion

We are delighted to announce that MCS has been awarded a new contract on behalf of Surrey County Council to deliver refurbishment and extension works at Woodlands School in Leatherhead.

The project will include the construction of two new classrooms, complete with associated breakout spaces and additional storage facilities. Refurbishment works will also be undertaken within the existing complex needs classroom, as well as the administration and student support areas.

Externally, the team will reconfigure the car parking space to allow for additional parking spaces as well as associated landscaping works.

The project will enhance and expand the school’s teaching facilities, increasing its capacity to provide specialist education for pupils with special educational needs (SEN), with works scheduled to commence in September 2026.
