The team has continued to work hard at Winchester Cricket Pavilion despite challenging weather conditions, with strong progress being made across the site.

Throughout the building, most of the floor screeding has now been laid, plasterboard installation has been completed, and plastering is approximately halfway finished. In the clubhouse, all floor-length windows have been installed, and the vaulted ceiling timber frame has been erected, giving the space a sleek, contemporary feel with plenty of natural light.

The team is currently completing the remaining plastering works and have begun painting and decorating in finished areas. This will be followed by first-fix carpentry, and second-fix mechanical and electrical installations.

Looking ahead to February, works will progress to fitting hygienic wall cladding in the bathrooms and installing various flooring throughout the building.
