Proud moment for MCS at The Link Community Hub

We are delighted to have achieved an “Excellent” rating from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) for our work in Haslemere.
On the 28th August 2025 MCS welcomed CCS’s monitor, Tony John, on to site to see all the great work that is taking place. Following his visit, in his report, he said: “The Registered Activity has fully embraced the Scheme and its Code….All in all, this was an excellent visit, and I would like to thank Frankie for his time and courtesy.”
The award follows a detailed inspection of all aspects of our work at the site. It covers our care about the appearance of the site, our respect for the local community, the environmental protection measures we put in place and the value we show to our workforce. In recognition of the excellent systems and procedures in place, MCS scored 44 out of a possible 45 to secure the ‘Excellent’ award.
Frankie Johnson, Site Manager, MCS, said: “This was my first CCS assessment, and I enjoyed the process of ensuring that we are doing everything possible to improve the image of construction. Big thanks to my colleagues - and CCS Champions - Tanja Clark and John Rourke for guiding me through the pre-assessment process.”
