MCS is pleased to announce the appointment of James Griffiths as its new Senior Quantity Surveyor.
With over a decade of experience in the construction industry and a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, James brings extensive expertise in delivering complex and diverse projects across the residential, commercial, and education sectors.
James has played a key role in delivering several high-profile projects. Notably, he successfully managed the completion of West Wickham Library - a demanding project that involved demolition, extension, and a comprehensive fit-out of the existing building. He also managed the transformation of Chelmsford Shopping Centre, which required substantial structural alterations, extensions, and Cat-A fit-out across six commercial units.
In his new role at MCS, James will report to Managing Surveyor James Drewer. Commenting on the appointment, James Drewer said: "James Griffiths' proven track record in delivering intricate projects makes him a fantastic addition to our team."
