Works at Park Mead School in Cranleigh are nearing completion, with the final finishing touches now being applied to the remaining classrooms.
The MCS team is currently focused on the main primary school building. To date, two classrooms have been fully upgraded, featuring new ceiling systems, enhanced lighting, and complete redecoration - creating a brighter and more welcoming learning environment. The remaining two classrooms will receive the same improvements, ensuring a consistent, modernised look across the school.
Significant progress has also been made on the building’s roof, which has undergone comprehensive structural repairs and strengthening. The project is now in its final stage, with new capping sheets being installed. These upgrades are a crucial enhancement, ensuring the roof’s durability and the long-term protection of the building.
The final phases of the project will see the building’s exterior refreshed, including the installation of new fascias and cladding. These improvements will not only enhance the school’s aesthetic appeal but also strengthen its resilience for years to come.
