Works continue to advance at Runnymede Depot in Chertsey, delivered on behalf of Runnymede Borough Council.
Within the former St John’s Ambulance building, the team has successfully completed first fix M&E, with second fix electrical now heavily progressed. Multiple power poles have also been installed throughout the office space, to ensure that the facility is suitably equipped for civic use.
The team have now begun working on the installation of a new kitchen, completion of structural repairs, and final plastering works throughout the building.
Looking ahead, the next stage in the project will be finalising the plumbing and completing second fix M&E works, before painting and decorating to bring the refurbished space to completion.
