Works Complete at Smithers Laboratory

We are pleased to announce that MCS has successfully delivered a new laboratory extension in Leatherhead, on behalf of Smithers Laboratory.

In collaboration with Lewis & Hickey, and Day & Johnson, the new extension provides the client with an additional 253m² of high-quality laboratory space, significantly enhancing Smithers Laboratory’s capacity to innovate, expand, and support its growing operations.

Attached to the extension is a 5m-wide, canopied airtight holding bay structure, designed to enable safe and controlled vehicular and material access.

Externally, the project included associated hard and soft landscaping works, along with upgraded drainage infrastructure to complement the development.
