Will Frampton Achieves NVQ Level 7

We are delighted to announce that, after 25-years in the construction industry - 18 of which have been with MCS - Will Frampton, Construction Manager at MCS, has successfully completed his NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management. Having considered undertaking the qualification for some time, Will decided the time was right to take this next step, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey as he progresses toward MCIOB accreditation.

Will’s achievement reflects months of dedication and commitment. He began the process in September 2025 and submitted his final assessment in December 2025, balancing his studies alongside his professional responsibilities.

Reflecting on this accomplishment, Will said: “It feels great to have the continued support of MCS in my development, allowing me to further progress my career in the construction industry. MCS has been incredibly supportive in helping me complete my studies alongside my role. Achieving NVQ Level 7 and working towards MCIOB is highly worthwhile - it formalises my competency with a recognised qualification and strengthens my confidence in my role.”
