The day started with a Carnival Parade through the High Street before the focus moved onto the town showground where visitors were entertained by high quality live acts, a variety of entertainment and games followed by a feast of food, drinks and other offerings
Paul Hodges, Managing Director of MCS, and Graham Harvey-Browne, Non-Executive Director of MCS are both past members of Godalming Round Table and were on hand to provide support and collect donations. Paul said: “We are delighted to be supporting the show. It is a great day out for everyone and a wonderful opportunity to meet people and talk to them about the community.”
The Godalming Town Show is organised by Godalming Round Table, which is an international non-profit association whose mission is to go the extra mile for the community. All monies collected by Round Table are donated to support local worthy causes.
