Works at the new cricket pavilion on behalf of Winchester City Council are progressing smoothly, and the project is moving steadily towards completion.

Externally, paving has been laid to the front and side of the building, and installation of the window shutters is underway, enhancing both functionality and security. All external doors and frames have now been fitted, and cladding works are advancing at pace, giving the pavilion its contemporary appearance.

Inside the clubhouse, the team have finished screeding the floor to create a strong, level base ready for the final flooring to be installed. A self-levelling compound has also been applied to the floor in the changing rooms and toilets to ensure a smooth, durable surface. First fix plumbing is now complete throughout the building, second fix electrical works are well underway, and internal decoration is progressing to create a bright, modern space.

The architectural vision for the new cricket pavilion is coming to life and will soon provide a high-quality facility for the local community to enjoy.
