Laboratory Refurbishment Starts On Site

This week we commenced works for Forest Research at Alice Holt Research Station in Farnham, Surrey.

The 2nd floor area has now been secured and careful strip out preparation works have commenced ahead of the demolition works starting early next month.  Works will involve significant M&E adaptations, joinery, glazed partitions, plastering, decorations, acoustic minipod installation, FF&E and floor finishes.

Once complete, the new office area will be able to accommodate over 50 people, in order for them to continue researching and providing essential advice in the areas of: ecology, sustainability, biodiversity and climate change.

These vital works are being delivered in collaboration with Contract Administrators, AtkinsRealis; Project Architects, Architon LLP and framework provider, Pagabo.
