Islamabad Contract Awarded to MCS

MCS is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a new construction contract on behalf of Islamabad to deliver a new accommodation block in Tilford, Surrey.

Owned by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Islamabad is home to the Mubarak Mosque, which helps serve the residents and local community’s religious and educational needs.

The project will involve the construction of a new energy-efficient and sustainable accommodation block, carefully designed to match the architectural style of the existing surrounding buildings. The development will comprise two self-contained guest accommodation units, each featuring two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area and lounge, together with four additional guest bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities.

Working in partnership with Centenary Construction Limited and Six4 Group, the project will expand Islamabad's accommodation capacity, providing modern, sustainable facilities to support the continued growth of its community and the increasing number of guests and visitors.
