Finalists for ‘Employer of the Year’
We are delighted to announce that MCS has been shortlisted as a finalist for ‘Employer of the Year’ at the Surrey Business Awards 2026!
This recognition reflects the commitment we've made to creating a workplace where our people feel supported, valued and able to thrive.
Over the past year, we've invested in employee wellbeing through several initiatives including our partnership with Go! Health Woking, internal mental health awareness campaigns, championing women in construction, and helping inspire the next generation through careers fairs, school visits and work experience opportunities.
Most importantly, this achievement belongs to our team. Our people are the heart of MCS, and we're incredibly proud that our efforts to go above and beyond for employee wellbeing have been recognised.
