We are delighted to officially announce the award of a new project to design and construct an extension to Eversfield Care Home in Reigate for Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited.
Elizabeth Finn Homes operates nine care homes across England and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the charity Turn2us. The company’s raison d’être is to provide ‘exceptional care for the individual’.
Eversfield Care Home is a handsome Victorian mansion in a leafy suburban street, just a short distance from the centre of Reigate and offers a home from home living with 36 generously proportioned en-suite rooms.
Working in collaboration with Dalbergia Group, DAC Architects and CWPM, MCS has been appointed to carry out the D&B of a 3-storey extension to the existing structure to form an additional 18nr ensuite bedrooms, 2nr sluice rooms, 2nr nurse stations and 1nr clinical room.
These works are due to commence in September 2023.
