Completion at Perseid Lower School

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the refurbishment and extension project at Perseid Lower School, on behalf of London Borough of Merton.
The works included the completion of a new single-storey extension to the Brightwell Respite Care Centre, creating four purpose-built early years classrooms alongside a music room, storage areas, shared learning space, studio hall, dedicated out-of-hours facilities and supporting amenities.
The project also involved extensive external works, including additional car parking, new footpaths, external lighting, and a wheelchair-friendly playground.
Working in partnership with Barker Associates and Cobalt Project Management, this new extension and refurbishment will greatly increase the school’s capacity as well as providing fully accessible features to cater to a range of different needs.
