Completion at Epsom Fire Station

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of refurbishment works at Epsom Fire Station, delivered on behalf of Surrey County Council.

This project has transformed key areas of the station, including the refurbishment of male and female toilet and shower facilities, alongside significant enhancements to the kit room, gym, breathing apparatus store, and clean-up areas. The appliance bay has been refreshed, while the existing dormitory has been reconfigured into four modern, individual rooms with new partitions and improved ventilation.

Further improvements included new ceilings and lighting, replacement doors, and a fully refurbished kitchen, creating a more functional and comfortable environment for crews. Externally, the drill tower underwent essential repairs, ensuring its long-term integrity for future use.

The works were delivered through carefully phased planning to ensure the station remained fully operational throughout, maintaining uninterrupted emergency response capability.

Delivered in collaboration with Macro, the project provides a modern, resilient facility that supports the vital work of frontline emergency services for years to come.
