Last month we were delighted to officially hand over a completed fast-track project for Surrey County Council.
MCS was appointed to carry out the CAT B refurbishment and fit out of the ground floor area of Fairmount House to create a new Child Services Suite.
Works involved the careful strip out of existing party walls, reconfiguration of the whole area with the fitting of new partitions, undertaking M&E alterations, fitting new internal doors, new flooring and decorations.
Together these works provide additional new interview and consultation rooms, a kitchen and an enhanced reception area.
