Now in its 40th year, Management & Construction Services (MCS) has been delivering a very high level of customer satisfaction throughout the South-East since its formation in October 1982.

We are passionate about sustainably building ‘the best’ for our future generations. We employ a 'hand-on' approach to the management of projects from design to completion working with our trusted consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Our people are passionate about making a real positive difference throughout the construction process; embracing challenges and turning them into opportunities for the betterment of all.

We deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality across a broad range of sectors including: education, residential, retail, commercial, blue light, civic, ecclesiastical and heritage/listed buildings. From iconic new BREEAM Excellent school facilities, to sensitive refurbishments of Grade I listed buildings winning Heritage Trust Awards.

The majority of our work is from repeat customers and government frameworks, all of whom recognise that we are a trustworthy company and a safe pair of hands.
