Design and Build of two high bay retail unit shells and extensive external works within the public realm on a very busy high street location, which backs onto Borehamwood Retail Park.

The scope of works on this retail project included: site preparations, piled foundations, suspended insitu concrete slab, steelframes, composite roof & wall cladding, Kawneer aluminium double glazed curtain walling, internal mezzanine floors and staircases.

A large EDF substation was located between the rear of both retail units, which served a large part of north London with buried services. We enabled uninterrupted substation access to EDF 24hr/7 days a week throughout the works.
