Platinum Jubilee Thanks

Today MCS’s head office and sites came together to celebrate The Queen's Platinum Jubilee. To commemorate this historic event, tea and cake was served and enjoyed by all.

As part of the commemorations MCS gifted a tree to each of its current projects, so to participate in the Queen’s Green Canopy project, in honour of The Queen’s leadership of the Nation, which will benefit future generations.

Managing Director, Paul Hodges said: “Today we together celebrate the 70th anniversary of our Queens accession to the throne, in 1952.

“Our Queen often talks about how much we can all be thankful for. These last seven decades of her reign has seen extraordinary progress socially, technologically and culturally that have benefitted us all.

“On a personal level I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to my colleagues, our clients and supply chain, without whom the last 40-years of MCS would not have been possible. Working together, we achieve amazing things and deliver true construction excellence time and again.

“In closing I wish you all a wonderful long weekend and hope that this Jubilee will bring joyful festivities with family and friends.”
