Works are progressing at great pace at the former Debenhams High Street store in Winchester, with many of its historic features revealed during the careful demolition works.

This refurbishment project saw the 50,408sq.ft. building receive a complete transformation which involved the removal of asbestos, full building strip-out of all internal and roof mounted fixtures and fittings, M&E plant and equipment, to return it back to an empty shell.

The team will now progress the fit out and convert the ground floor into three compliant retail shells, for the new incoming food and beverage tenants.

The works will also include: shopfront refurbishment, the installation of a new sets of shopfront entrance doors and roof alterations to accommodate new tenant risers and plant compounds.
