Major Milestone at The Link

Exciting progress has been made at The Link, with a major construction milestone achieved. The steel framework has now been delivered and is being expertly installed into the existing roof structures, marking a key step forward in the project’s development.

This phase required meticulous planning and precision due to the need to place the framework into the pre-existing structure, ensuring that the measurements are perfect to provide structural support and allow the process to be smooth sailing. Alongside the steel installation, the carpentry team has been making impressive headway, pitching timber structures within the steel frameworks.

Meanwhile, roof tiling is progressing at pace with significant sections having already been completed, and the zinc roofing has just commenced, helping bring the vision of this project to life.

Looking ahead, the next stages will be to begin the external lime render on the ground floor alongside first fix electrical and mechanical installations. This will help bring The Link another step closer to completion.
