Yesterday, at the prestigious National Army Museum in Chelsea, London, Paul Hodges and Tanja Clark of MCS joined esteemed clients, fellow principal contractors, and industry professionals at the launch event of the London Construction Programme's Housing Framework.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Paul Hodges, Chairman of MCS, remarked: “It was a pleasure to attend the well-organised launch event at such a superb location.
“We are honoured to be appointed on Lot 1.1 (New build £5m to £15m) and are eager to collaborate with public sector bodies, the LCP team, and our counterparts to deliver high quality, sustainable housing projects throughout London.
“Our focus is not only on construction delivery but also on generating tangible benefits for local taxpayers and enhancing social value by addressing local challenges.”
“Congratulations to the London Borough of Haringey, the Head of LCP, Lisa Bliss and her team for creating such an inspired and sustainable Framework, putting Climate Change; Equality and Social Value considerations within its core.”
