International Women’s Day at MCS

Yesterday was International Women’s Day, and last week we were proud to host MCS’s first Lunch & Learn session for our team in celebration of the day.

This event allowed our team to have an open, collaborative, and informative discussion on a range of key topics, such as encouraging women to pursue a career in the construction industry, motherhood, equal pay, and male allyship. It was fantastic to see the whole team actively engage, sharing their experiences and perspectives and reinforcing the importance of continuing these conversations within the workplace.

At MCS, equality, diversity and inclusion are deep-rooted into our values, and we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where women feel supported and motivated to explore the many opportunities available within the construction industry.
