We are pleased to announce our return to the iconic Dakota House, nestled in the heart of the historic Brooklands Racing Circuit in Weybridge, to undertake what will mark our 85th project for Surrey County Council and our fourth at Dakota House.

This month, we embark on the refurbishment of the building’s ground floor. The project will involve a meticulous strip-out, followed by the construction of a bespoke layout to suit the requirements of the new occupier.

The works will include a complete reconfiguration of the mechanical and electrical systems, installation of new partitions, glazed screens, doors, suspended ceilings, floor finishes as well as general decorations.

Importantly, all refurbishment activities will be carried out while the upper floors remain fully occupied - demonstrating our commitment to delivering high-quality results with minimal disruption.

This phase of the works is scheduled for completion by June 2025, and we look forward to once again contributing to the legacy of this stunning building.
