MCS is delighted to have today been awarded an “Excellent” rating from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) for its work at Hinchley Wood Primary School, Surrey on behalf of Hinchley Wood Learning Partnership.
The award under the CCS follows a detailed inspection of all aspects of our work at the site. It covers our care about the appearance of the site, our respect for the local community, the environmental protection measures we have put in place and the value we show to our workforce.
Our team scored 41 out of 45 to secure the award.
Working in collaboration with Synergy Construction & Property Consultants LLP and vkhp-consulting, MCS has been appointed to carry out the construction of a new single storey learning facility at Hinchley Wood Primary School in Esher, Surrey.
The new building will comprise of multi-purpose space, library, classroom, several small group rooms, office, kitchen, toilet facilities for staff and pupils and plantroom.
