MCS is proud to have delivered a significant project for Hustpierpoint College, working in collaboration with Miller Bourne Architects, Wenham O’Brien, HOP Consulting, and RED Engineering.

The project began in 2017 with the design of a new sports complex to replace and enhance the College’s existing facilities. To allow uninterrupted use of the current amenities and minimise disruption during construction, the development was carefully planned in phases.

This phase involved the construction of a new 25-metre competition swimming pool on the site of the former theatre building. This strategy ensured that the existing pool remained fully operational throughout the construction period.

The completed facility now features a six-lane competition pool built to ASA standards, alongside a range of supporting amenities, including fully equipped changing rooms with toilets and showers, disabled-access facilities, two modern classrooms on the first floor, storage rooms, and a welcoming reception area.
