On behalf of Spelthorne Borough Council, MCS delivered the Council's main temporary accommodation for local homeless households, Harper House in Ashford.

Located on Fordbridge Road, the three-storey Harper House provides emergency accommodation for up to 20 homeless families. It offers a local, temporary, home which is safe, secure and provides the best opportunity for families to move-on into settled accommodation. 
 
The building provides 20 self-contained rooms of various sizes, two of these rooms are wheelchair accessible. There is also a communal laundry and an office from which an enhanced management and support service can be provided.

The House is today managed by social housing provider Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) and have dedicated on-site teams to support residents and work closely with the local community.
