Farnham Mill Nursing Home

Following the previous main contractor falling into administration, MCS were quickly appointed and entrusted to rescue the 3400 sq.m. build programme and successfully negotiate the completion of the works which included all elements of final finishes and fitting out along with the comprehensive extensive works.

The client and consultant team were duly concerned about continuity of the works, but MCS engaged swiftly and pro-actively with the supply chain, including a large proportion of contractors who were working on the scheme previously, to continue and complete the works with minimum inconvenience to the client.
 
Today the building boasts: 60-bedroom suites which are large, bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows and en-suite bathrooms, spacious communal areas, activities rooms, hair salon, dining room and associated back of house areas. 

All ground floor rooms have patio doors out to the gardens which features a wonderful mill pond, landscaped gardens and a wildlife meadow. There is also a quiet courtyard garden with raised planters, all accessed by level flat paths.
