Design and build project to construct a new 6 classroom teaching block, and a MUGA facility, located on playing fields at the rear of the site.

​The new classroom block was timber framed built of a concrete raft and pad/strip foundations. The external walls were clad in a mixture of face brickwork and timber boarding, aluminium windows and doors. All the internal walls were lined with durable wall linings to provide a strong wall lining and good acoustic qualities to suit a school environment. Air source heat pumps and underfloor heating were installed throughout the new building.

​Feature roof lights line the high bay central internal corridor, which creates a feature space within the school block.

Externally porous paving was used extensively to the play surfaces surrounding the new building
