Project Description

MCS has been appointed to carry out the major refurbishment of the junior and infant WC’s. Within each room new sanitaryware will be provided together with floor coverings, wall linings, associated M&E connections and decorations.

In addition new fire doors to circulation areas will be fitted together with various external works including: drainage repairs, fencing, new external doors and macadam surfacing.

These works are due to commence in Autumn 2023.
