Glebe Road Surgery

MCS were appointed to carry out extensive alterations, re-ordering and refurbishment at Glebe Road Surgery in Barnes, London.

Works were carried out whilst the surgery remained fully open and in use by the public, and included the insertion of a new internal foundation on the ground floor to take a new frame construction to support the addition of a new floor above the existing single storey section of the building. Additional works included the creation of a new staircase, new platform lift, new consulting rooms and ancillary areas.

Careful sequencing, temporary works and waterproofing measures were employed to ensure the successful operation of the surgery for the duration of the project.
