Farnham Mill Nursing Home

Working alongside MEA (Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyors), MCS were appointed to undertake the completion of Farnham Mill Nursing Home, a new unique and luxurious nursing home specialising in elderly care, nursing care, dementia and end of life care. This stunning new 60 bedroom home is located in Farnham, Surrey.

MCS were contracted to undertake the completion works of the project following the demise of another contractor. The works entailed completion of all internal finishes, services, along with an extensive external works, landscaping and watercourse scheme​.

​Farnham Mill has been built on the strong foundations and principles of Woodlands Hillbrow Residential Homes, who have specialised in elderly care for over 40 years at their existing care homes in Farnham and Fleet. The new home has been designed to offer exceptionally high standards of comfort and care for the elderly with every feature and element of its design developed to offer a comfortable, stimulating and compassionate environment.

MCS worked closely alongside the client and MEA and various subcontractors to complete the contract.
