Project Description

We are delighted to be delivering a new scheme for Woking College in Surrey, which is one of the top-performing and oversubscribed Sixth Form Colleges in the country providing high-quality education for over 1,500 16-19-year-old students.

Working in collaboration with Synergy Construction & Property Consultants LLP, Macallan Penfold Ltd, Price & Myers; MCS has been appointed to construct a new part two storey, part single storey teaching block together with a new car park.

This new building of 925m² will provide 8-classrooms, a supervised study area, along with staff work areas, offices and ancillary spaces. These new facilities would allow for the flexibility that the College requires to meet student needs in and outside of lessons.
