Project Description

We are delighted to be delivering another scheme for Surrey County Council at The Vale Primary School in Epsom, which is a mixed primary school for students aged 4-11 and is part of GLF Schools.

MCS has been appointed on a 30-week programme to carry out the removal of defective timber retaining walls and replace with new reinforced cavity masonry retaining walls. The works will be carried out over two phases in order to minimise disruption to the school and will involve staircase replacement, reinstatement of footpaths, fences, sheds and bin store.

These works are due to commence later this year.
