Project Description

We are delighted to deliver a new scheme from Surrey County Council at Glenthorne Resource Centre in Rookery Road, Staines.

MCS has been appointed to sensitively demolish a vacant and structurally unstable building located on a densely populated residential road and return it to a clear brownfield site.

Strict, thorough, control measures will be taken to minimise disruption to local residents, the nursery school located opposite and neighbouring road users.

These works are due to commence later this year.
