There is nothing quite like a card of thanks to let someone know how much you appreciate them.
That is why MCS’s Site Manager, Mick Edwards, was touched to receive a card of thanks from Melissa Rogers, School Business Manager of Glebelands school following the completion of a Special Works project to carry out three projects, delivered concurrently, over the summer break.
Melissa said: “I just wanted to say thank you for your hard work, professionalism and politeness throughout a challenging job. It has been a pleasure to work with you!”
The first project involved the repurposing of a large toilet block area to create a new Wellbeing Room where students can tend to their social and emotional needs. The second was to carry out the refurbishment of the kitchen, which involved regrouting tiles, replacement of vinyl floor finishes and the fitting of new cove & capped skirting. The final project involved the refurbishment of the staff toilets with new sanitaryware and redecorations.
