MCS is bolstering its capacity on a range of small works frameworks with the promotion of John Rourke to the position of Construction Manager – Small Works.
John joined the MCS team as a carpenter in May 1995 progressing through the roles of Site Manager, then Senior Site Manager and has been behind the delivery of various public realm projects ranging in value from £50k to £7m. Many of John’s projects have been award winning, including:
