In March 2021 MCS completed the office to residential conversion of Waterman House in Woking, Surrey.
Today the building provides 22 self-contained apartments of various sizes, two of which are designed to be wheelchair accessible, a lift and an office from which an enhanced management and support service can be provided.
These new facilities will provide homeless families with a temporary home which is safe, secure and provides the best opportunity for them to move-on to settled accommodation.
