Nick Andrews promoted to Senior Construction Manager

MCS is strengthening its large projects team with the promotion of Nick Andrews to the position of Senior Construction Manager.

Nick was previously a Construction Manager responsible for overseeing larger contracts and has been behind the delivery of various projects ranging in value from £3.2m to £12m. He is currently delivering a £7.2m residential block at Royal Russell School.

With more than 10 years’ experience in construction management, a degree in Construction Engineering Management and recently awarded a NEBOSH certificate, Nick will report directly to Construction Director Justin Whiteman.

Whiteman said: “Our construction business has steadily grown from strength to strength over the last 38 years and we have delivered some of the regions most essential new buildings, as well as sensitively preserving the most loved.

“My aim is to build the sector’s most trusted and admired construction delivery service - and with our new senior appointment now in place, we are in the perfect position to realise our ambitions for continued steady growth; while continuing to innovate and delight customers.”

Andrews added: “I am proud to work with such a talented team who genuinely care about the work it delivers. This is an exciting time for MCS, as more customers choose to entrust us with their works and we continue to deliver high quality projects”.
