Alan is an experienced site manager, with a hands-on approach for a wide range of renovation & construction projects for both commercial and corporate developments, including such diverse and meticulous projects like the refurbishment and extension of a Grade 2 listed building (Guild Hall, Surrey) to construction of cut & carves and modular buildings. Alan has an established track record in the successful completion of projects, overseeing all aspects of projects with full responsibility for completion on time while maintaining quality. He is a self-taught manager, with extensive knowledge of many building trades at a practical level and has his own business and have been employed as Site Manager for over 10 years.
