We are delighted works are progressing at great pace at Hinchley Wood Primary School on behalf of Hinchley Wood Learning Partnership.
Working in collaboration with Synergy Construction & Property Consultants and VKHP-Consulting, MCS has been appointed to carry out the construction of a new single storey learning facility at Hinchley Wood Primary School in Esher, Surrey.
The new 370m2 building will provide excellent space for classrooms, group rooms, a library, multi-use space, office, kitchen, stores and w/c’s.
Following the completion of the piling, reinforced ground beams were installed to allow for the substructure brickwork, brick and blockwork cavity walls and hollowcore ground floor installation. Next the team is set to complete the timber roof truss construction with pitched roof with concrete roof tile and the flat roof in 3 ply felt flat.
