Take a look at the progress at Dakota Building in Weybridge. This fast track programme is to complete the CAT B fit out works to the first and second floors (21,000sq.ft) of the stunning building.
This contract includes design development, detailed design, construction, fit out and commissioning of the works, together with all associated services.
Once complete this building will serve as offices used by Surrey County Council employees as part of their new hub office network.
