Earlier this year we were awarded new project from Surrey County Council through their framework to carry out works at The Vale Primary School in Epsom, which is a mixed primary school for students aged 4-11 and is part of GLF Schools.
The two phase 30-week project involved the careful removal of defective timber retaining walls and replacement with new reinforced cavity masonry retaining walls, staircase replacement, reinstatement of footpaths, fences, sheds and bin store.
This week we were delighted to receive some lovely feedback from Emma Kerr the Premises Cluster Manager of GLF Schools said: “MCS were a great company to have on site. The project was completed 6-8 weeks ahead of schedule. Steph always kept the school up to date on large deliveries and ensured they did not disrupt school drop off/ pick up. The minor snags were completed promptly and the end product looks brilliant.”
