We are delighted to announce the award of a new project from Surrey County Council to undertake carefully phased works at Merrow Depot in Guildford, Surrey.
MCS has been appointed on a critical fast-track special works project to carry out the essential refurbishment of four buildings within their service depot estate, including: carpet replacement, carpet cleaning, various painting, toilet refurbishments and minor repairs.
Surrey County Council has occupied the Merrow Depot site since 1931 and operates various departments across the buildings on the estate, including: Hazel House, Whitebeam Lodge, Rowan House, Maple Court, Laboratory Buildings and Highway Stores Building.
These works are due to commence in March 2023.
