The new 543m2 extension to the Science Building at Royal Russell School in Croydon is complete and has opened its doors to pupils.
The new two-storey Science Block extension abuts the existing Science building to drastically improve the school’s existing science teaching facilities and provide the existing students with a new facility that exceeds current educational standards.
The building, with an eye-catching two storey full height glazed foyer, provides four new teaching laboratories with smart boards, four fume cupboards, two classrooms, plus sundry preparation and storage spaces.
Christian Lawrence, Managing Director of CLArchitects said; “…. just wanted to drop you a note to say how great the building looks. Thanks for your teams hard work in delivering a quality building which I understand the client is thrilled with.”
